- Use this at therapy and its a must!I first started using this at physical therapy after I was injured working out to much and hurt my mcl. A few months later while walking across a parking lot I was hit by a car hurting my acl on the same knee. Fast forward a few more months I suffer injury to my neck and shoulders after a car accidnet that left my jeep flipped and totaled. Each time I have gone to therapy I have be treated with this and finally had to start keeping it at home for those days between appointments. Works increadably well for those who have to ice their injuries or need something to help loosen them up before trying to stretch out legs or their lower back. It works well for everything.
