Overall Great book on fundamentals. You will not find any fancy techniques in this book, & very biased to the b2b side of selling. This book is very good on the fundamental level, which for me is the most important. I use the fundamentals more then anything on a day to day bases. You should buy this book if you are serious about the career of selling.

I really enjoyed this book. A must have for anybody in Sales. The insight provided is concise and straightforward. Really teaches how to make the transition from a seller to customer standpoint. Very good info on overcoming objections. The ideas and concepts are in the real world. This book is very motivating. Highly recommend.

I think that many sales people have gotten soft in the good times when things where easy and need to discover their "A Game" again, this book should help them to find it.
