I find this book very helpful as reference for my nurse practitioner course. The book came in excellent condition and with fast, free delivery.It is much cheaper to buy it here than in a bookstore.

I just bought the kindle edition.It seems to be working ok except for the search feature and the index (in the back of the book) is not hyperlinked making it completely useless.The figures on kindle have poor contrast but they are readable, especially when zoomed - but the figures take some concentrating on because of the poor contrast quality.

I contacted amazon and they are looking into the search problem. I will contact amazon again and ask if they will look in to the index ... Read More
