- Shipment Quality was good - no issues
The only problem was the amount of time it to reach, it was a waiting game for quite a long time.
No issues with the shipment, quality of the book and package was good.

- Terrible fluke and very upsetting order
My complaint is about the seller not the book.I ordered the book on 1/31.Did not receive it at all.I haven't received any response from the seller (sending an inquiry on 2/22, 2/25. and 2/25). I did not get any tracking information.I needed the book ASAP, and finally bought it the second time directly from Amazon so I could work with it.I am a teacher, it was a disaster. I don't have time for nonsense.I had to submit a complaint to Amazon; and i am still waiting for my reimbursement. ... Read More

I got this book in time, the condition was brand new,like advertised and I got the book for cheaper than I could get a used one from school!
Rating: - saved me money
i had to order this book for a college course and it was worth the money i saved about 100 dollars by ordering online instead of buying on campus.I was in really good shape and came fast.
Rating: - Disappointment in the seller
I purchased the wrong edition of this book by mistake.Once I discovered the error, I tried to return this book for the correct edition but the seller never responded to my request.This is the second time in two months that I have had problems with sellers that Amazon contracts out to.Luckily, the other seller did back-up his product and I received a full refund.I am still awaiting a reply from the seller of the Biology book.
