- Every american needs to read this book!
What a great book! What a great man! What a great mission! Mortenson has found the key to fighting the Taliban. It's a shame we can't get the american government to realize this is where our money should be spent if we expect to make any progress in the war on terror. This is an eye opening book that everyone should read. Amazing is the only word that can describe the things that Mortenson has accomplished! One man truly can make a difference.

- Important book to read
Everyone in the US should read this book. No matter what your political views, it's a true story that gives background to what is going on in Afghanistan / Pakistan that is not on the news- it could not be more timely.
