- Armed and dangerous
I was president of an organization that loosely used Robert's Rules and have recently joined an organization that is adopting them.I found that most people won't bother to learn the rules.That means that those who know them are at a distinct advantage (hence the title of this review).
A found this book to be an excellent tool for me because I already had a working knowledge of the rules.It served as a refresher and also as a reference.The basic procedures are there.
