I am buying another copy because my original is sticky, floury, and falling apart from much use.I haven't found one bad recipe - they are all wonderful!Favorites: Dede's Buttermilk Bread, Linda's Easy Potato Bread, Apple Butter Wheat Bread (made with pumpkin butter, yum!)

I've always preferred to eat bread with substance to it. I never could stand common white bread.But at five bucks per loaf for "artisan" breads paying that much for bread seemed a bit extravagant. Maybe bread machine bread isn't as pretty, but you can get the same quality for much much less "dough". (Pun intended)
