Product Description:
How do you know if you’ve found the one? Can you really love the one you’re with when you can’t forget the one who got away?
Emily Giffin, author of the New York Times bestselling novels Something Borrowed, Something Blue, and Baby Proof, poses these questions—and many more—with her highly anticipated, thought-provoking new novel Love the One You’re With.
Ellen and Andy’s first year of marriage doesn’t just seem perfect, it is perfect. There is no question how deep their devotion is, and how naturally they bring out the best in each other. But one fateful afternoon, Ellen runs into Leo for the first time in eight years. Leo, the one who brought out the worst in her. Leo, the one who left her heartbroken with no explanation. Leo, the one she could never quite forget. When his reappearance ignites long-dormant emotions, Ellen begins to question whether the life she’s living is the one she’s meant to live. At once heartbreaking and funny, Love the One You’re With is a tale of lost loves and found fortunes—and will resonate with anyone who has ever wondered what if.

- easy read
The story was a little frustrating at first. classic case of always wanting more. Ended well. A good, easy summer read. Something borrowed and something blue are still better than this book by emily giffin.

- Her First Love Came Back
THe premise of this novel is wonderful.SEveral years after being disastrously dumped by Leo, bad boy extraordinaire, Ellen has pulled herself off the floor, enrolled in film school, established a successful career and married a "very nice young man."So why would she risk all that to reconnect with Leo, who she just happens to run into on a street corner? The relationships between Ellen and her husband, Ellen and her best friend and college roomate (whose brother she marries) and Ellen and her ... - So close to being great!
First I want to say that I am an Emily Giffen fan.I love her books, and I love her characters, but this was not her best book.It was a great read and I all I wanted to do was to keep turning the page to see what was going to come next. But in the last chapter, I was let down.I for sure thought that this was going to go down as one of my favorite books. However, the whole book built up this story, and in the last chapter I felt like nothing happened.I don't want to give away to much, but as ...
