- Heavy on Artificial Ingredients
I was excited to purchase this book, as I thought it would provide some interesting new ideas for lighter cooking, and plus, it's just plain cute.I tried a number of the recipes and was generally disappointed. The recipes rely heavily on artificial ingredients (e.g., Splenda), and the results were less than appetizing.Like one other reviewer, I tried the fudge recipe using a brownie mix and canned pumpkin. It was rubbery, tasted too strongly of pumpkin, and promptly found its way to the trash ... - Hungry Girl Recipes
Too many artificial ingredients for me. I prefer natural with as few additives as possible.

- Wonderful resource
This got me started on my weight watchers before I even joined.I have shared recipes with others from this.Printing points counts would be helpful.I may not follow all of the recipes but it gives me ideas and lots of knowlege. Its pretty and fun too.

- Hungry Girl Smart Lady 2
The Hungry Girl Series is exactly what is needed in our changed lifestyle. My husband and I have each lost over eighty pounds through increased exercise and reduced caloric intake. We have maintained this over two years now and the nutritional information contained in this series has helped make meals exciting and tasteful. One cannot ask for more.

- Not a good book to buy on the Kindle!
I purchased this book on my Kindle, but it was a big waste of money.I will not purchase another cookbook on the Kindle - for sure!It is very difficult to navigate, and I think this is a cookbook I would enjoy using. My only observation so far is that I wish the WW points were included along with the recipes... it seems silly to have to go to the website to get them.Maybe it was a legal issue.I am going to have to buy the hardcopy to use this book.
