- Great, albeit dark political humor
If you are politically conscious, knowledgeable and concerned about the actions of former President George W. Bush, then you will find this book disturbingly funny. The scenario is George W. Bush in a flight suit lying on a bed and in the process of saying some evening remembrances. The text is a series of "Goodnight . . . " phrases, some of which are:

All at the same time...sobering and sleazy , but accurate picture in my opinion, of the Bush administration ...Rumsfeld and Cheeeeney.At the same time black humor...especially if you were raised on GOOD NIGHT MOON.

Not politically correct, but a great parody nonetheless - if you aren't a fan of Bush and Cheney.The author takes a classic, quiet tale and maintains the soft tone while substituting modern day relevancy and a few digs at the Bush administration.No profanity or inappropriate references, this book is safe even for kids to read even though the nuances are clearly aimed at adults who have been following modern politics.
Hilarious.

Who the hell would put, goodnight towers as the words underneath a picture that has an airplane going through 2 towers of blocks!? Or saying bloodshed or showing a shotgun on a bed!!!!?
