- Excellent care plan book for the new nursing student
I have used 4 other care plan books. It wasn't until I purchased this book that I began getting As on my care plans.Writing goals and outcomes have been the hardest for me, but this book allows me to write them in the way that my faculty want.

Rating:
- HELPFUL and RECOMMENDED
I have only had this book a few weeks and I have already used it quite a bit. It is very helpful in getting ready for clinicals and also some class work. I like the way it is organized and the information it contains. I would recommend this book as one that is helpful to buy and that you will use. I'm really glad I followed the advice of the other positive reviewers and purchased it.

- Gold Standard in Nursing Education
I won't speak long.I am baffled that this book wasn't a required text in my school's Nursing program.I have seen others in my school's library and some that friends refered. But this has the distinction of being both detailed and concise.By concise, I don't mean that the books info is truncated or shortened. However there is more than verbage to satisfy the curiosity of any student while not being over their head.Elsevier-Mosby rocks!
