Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - recommended by my therapist
I bought this workbook because my therapist asked me to get it to help with our sessions. So far, it's been helpful. I would suggest writing your answers in a separate notebook, though. You wouldn't want others to read your inner most thoughts.

My Doctor told me that I had distorted thoughts, and I said, well yes my thoughts are distorted. He told me to get this book FEELING GOOD by Dr David Burns. So I ordered it off of Amazon.com and discovered THE FEELING GOOD HANDBOOK, which follows the book. I am truly amazed with the information that I am learning for the first time. This book is changing my life so completely that I feel I may someday be "normal".This book is for people with "twisted thinking" related to depression and bipolar.
