This book was incredible. An easy to read how-to on succeeding in commercial emerging markets anywhere.

Very basic advise and is mostly hype.There are much better books out there that I would read instead.I would avoid this one.

I've read several books on multi-units and real estate. His is the first to mention the importance of emerging markets. It tied together several different ideas I've heard several places. I look forward to reading more!!

I just finally read Dave Lindahl's book..I thought it was GREAT. very informative, easy to understand...pretty clear this guy knows what he is doing.

While "Emerging Real Estate Markets" is a very informative book, the reviewer did not find anything different than most books like this she has read. Mr. Lindahl has a very straightforward approach that leaves no questions. However, the one concern is that many first-time investors will not have the income or desire to purchase multi-apartment units.
