I have quite a few cookbooks stacked up in my cupboard, and I try searching for new recipes in magazines and online often. I'm lucky to have a few recipes I actually make from each book. I've had this cookbook for a few years and there are some healthy, easy, kid friendly meals in it.The Chicken finger recipe is the best and the kids devour it!I love that because they won't eat the McDonalds version, but they will eat mine!Hooray!

I can't figure out how 'Rice a Roni and chicken'made it into a COOKBOOK that I paid for.
