- Not her best
I have read all of her FBI series with Dillon and Lacey and loved them all. This book was a little bit of a disappointment to me. I think she needs to sit down and make her characters as interesting as they first were. Not all together a bad read, just not what I expected from her.

- Great Beach Reading
I read this entire book on the beach in two days.It was a fun read and interesting. Coulter pulls in the world of psychics and links them to a beautiful missing woman and the high society world of San Francisco. I thought it was entertaining and perfect for a little escapism--no gore or overt sex. Unlike other reviewers, I like the "Southern speak" that she uses in some of her dialogue and thought it was good. I would recommend it as a thriller or romantic suspense, great to take your mind off ... Read More

- worth reading
fbi series both my husband and i enjoy reading these books very much and my son is now reading them.
Rating:
- about two takes too many
This book is sort of amusing, although it drags, and is out of touch with reality. The characters have no depth, the dialogue is contrived and boring, the whole reason behind the murder (when finally revealed) doesn't make much sense. Fortunately, MAX the omnipotent god disguised as a computer doesn't have too much to do with this book.
On the plus side, you have to admit that Coulter writes good, structurally sound English.
I don't know about anybody else, but I can do ... Read More
