- Wow it does work!
I did some research between the Miracle Ball and then her Stop the Pain Kit.After reading the reviews I decided to purchase the Miracle Ball set.
When I got them I was a little skeptical but I found that the little buggers work!It didn't take all of my pain away (It would go away for a couple of hours and then return) but it helped me survive until I could see the chiropractor.I have a curve in my spine and everything was stacked compressed.

First, you should know that I've had lower back pain since I was a teenager, about 30 years.A recent MRI found bulging and herniated discs along with arthritis in my lower back.I'm pretty messed up.

I am trying to find a simple system of exercise/pain relief/relaxation/stretching and these sounded good from the reviews. However, in my book, this system is not simple.There are an overwhelming number of positions/exercises and they are in a little tiny book that is impossible to read or prop open when you're trying to follow directions,And if you actually try to follow her instructions, such as choosing a whole-body exercise for each session, there are way too many to choose from.I would ... I am a physical therapist and I am always looking out for products that I can use for myself and my patients.I absolutely love The Miracle Ball Method.It does an incredible job of providing trigger point release of tense muscles that can cause pain.I tend to carry my stress in my upper and lower back but after using these balls I feel so relaxed like I have just gotten a massage. The book provides great suggestions for use of the balls but you can play around with them and come up with many ... Read More
