$16 for a tri-fold brochure. This is a tremendous waste of money and Amazon should pull the product.

I cannot believe how deceived I was into thinking this was a book. It is ONE piece of paper, tri-folded, double-sided. It might be worth $5.00, but certainly not the $16.00 price charged here!I'm very disappointed that Amazon would allow them to even advertise this as a book... What a rip off!!!

This product is advertised as a "workbook" and it is a 4 page "assessment". I paid $12.98 for a test! Would be a nice addition to the book/with the book~NOT alone for the price! I returned this item!

For $17.95, I was expecting a real workbook, not a trifold pamphlet.Based on the description, I was looking for a tool to be used by the team.I should have read the reviews instead of the description.I won't make that mistake again.

- Helpful Addition to the Five Dysfunctions Book
This assessment should be a required development exercise for all teams.We read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and wanted to implement the concepts in our group, but we were not sure where to start - this was a great tool for triggering dialogue around critical issues!
