I highly recommend reading this book. Bill George does a tremendous job of laying out his framework for what constitutes an, "Authentic Leader," how one develops into an authentic leader, and why this new paradigm of leadership is a monumentally positive change from previous concepts of leadership. For most of my ministry life, I have been taught that the leader is full of strength, always knows the answer and is clear on what is happening and where the team/organization is going.
