The book was excellent on how to eliminate emotional eating.It is one of the best books I have rread. The step by step plan to stop your emotional eating was easy to understand and is working well for me.

A very informative book wiht well thought out ideas and concepts. Reading this has given me a greater understanding of eating for reasons other than to fuel the body. I think this book is a great tool and is easy to read and follow.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.I am a personal trainer and have purchased half a dozen of these for my clients to help them identify their reasons for why they eat when they are not hungry.The book has steps toward identifying emotional eating and then reducing and eliminating destructive patterns.I'd recommend the book.
