- An Excellent Source for Cognitive Behavioral Intervention in Therapy
As a clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist, I have been using "Mind Over Mood" with my clients for close to a decade.It is an essential part of therapy for a certain portion of my patient population who respond best to a cognitive behavioral approach.

I bought this book and let it sit on my bookshelf for 6 months completely ignored.I should have gotten started on it much earlier.Usually, I have a lot of trouble answering the questions in self help workbooks.So far in this one, answering the questions has taken some thought but it is certainly doable.This book has helped me to focus my effort in the right places (reframing my thoughts).I feel that I need ongoing support with this, but don't have the time to go to a support group so I started ... Although the wrong book was sent - my search was for Clinicians Guide to Mind over Mood - it was sent promptly and with a mimimum of fuss.I already had a copy of this particular book (Mind over Mood)but the copy I received was in excellent condition.
