- Informative
I really liked this book.I am a new runner and wnated some technical info on how to improve. There are some great ideas and they work well.I feel the difference in my running and my outlook.I always thought that I would never run for enjoyment and only for weight loss, but I actually have enjoyed running since I made some tweaks to my stride, posture ect.Great book in my opinion.

I found this book at a bookstore. The book stood out as readable and interesting. It guided me right in to the world of running.I went from overworking and burning out to being able to run for two hours at a time.

Very useful book about running (for both the novice and the experienced runner).I am intrigued by Galloway's recommendation for walk breaks in long runs.
