Product Description:
Returning to the home she fled in disgrace, will Hannah find healing for the wounds of the past?
After receiving a desperate and confusing call from her sister, Hannah Lapp reluctantly returns to the Old Order Amish community of her Pennsylvania childhood.
Having fled in disgrace more than two years earlier, she finally has settled into a satisfying role in the Englischer world. She also has found love and a new family with the wealthy Martin Palmer and the children she is helping him raise. But almost immediately after her arrival in Owl’s Perch, the disapproval of those who ostracized her, including her headstrong father, reopens old wounds.
As Hannah is thrown together with former fiancĂ© Paul Waddell to work for her sister Sarah’s mental health, hidden truths surface about events during Hannah’s absence, and she faces an agonizing decision. Will she choose the Englischer world and the man who restored her hope, or will she heed the call to return to the Plain Life–and perhaps to her first love?

- Pretty okay book
I was really into this series.I mean, I couldn't wait to read the next book. However, not even half way through this book I predicted everyone's outcome except for Luke and Mary.It was so predictable it was disgusting.Oh my goodness, can someone please write a book where there's a little twist to the ending. I knew Hanna's choice before I read the book.I just didn't know I would figure out how the author was going to come about the decision.
I liked the way the author handled ... Read More

- When The Soul Mends
This is the 3rd book in this series. This novel takes place in the Amish community about a young women who leaves the commiunity rather than confess to the Bishop and clergy about being raped. A very enjoyable series.

- WOnderful Conclusion to the series!!!
THe third was just as great as the first 2. Wonderful book begs for another sequal though
Rating:
- Captivating
As with the previous 2 books, this book kept my interest the whole time.Oasis Audio produces excellent audio books, my only regret is that they don't produce more.
Rating:
- The ending provides a good dose of redemption and some needed closure
After more than two years away from her Amish community, 20-year-old Hannah Lapp reluctantly returns to face her family and estranged fiancé in WHEN THE SOUL MENDS, Cindy Woodsmall's intriguing third installment of love and forgiveness in the Sisters of the Quilt series.
Woodsmall includes an updated cast of characters that will help readers pick up the loose ends of the story left dangling in book two, WHEN THE MORNING COMES. These are not stand-alone novels, so you'll want to read the ... Read More
