This is a good book from Rachael Ray.It has good recipes but I expected a lot more pictures.

- When you can't decide what to fix for dinner...
this book is awesome. Although I don't care for Rachel Ray in person (something about her voice and the whole EVOO thing) she is a great cook. This book has so many ideas for so many types of settings; from cook-and-go to formal sit-down dinners. There is something for everyone. No frills, just good solid recipes and lots of them.

- Excellent weeknight dinners!!My new favorite cookbook.
Having watched Rachel Ray's 30-Minute Meals, but having used none of her cookbooks, I wanted to find her best and most comprehensive cookbook....and this must be it!My husband and I are so pleased with the meals that we've tried. He used to make gentle fun of her...and now he says, "I trust Rachel Ray...these are excellent recipes."
Our favorite recipes include:
-Mediterranean Chicken with Saffron Couscous (amazing! our new chicken favorite)
-Greek Style Garlic Shrimp ... Read More

Fortunately, I don't need to pull it out very much these days... I now have most of my favourite recipes memorized.
I will probably never make all of the recipes in this book, but as you would be able to tell by looking ... Read More
