This book will help the reader understand what word-of-mouth is and how to maximize it's potential.Before I finished it, I had a pen in hand, writing notes and ideas all over the inside of the bookbecause of all the AHA! moments this book helps generate.

A very good Word of Mouth quick read. The five T's and the Word of Mouth Marketing Manifesto is very interesting and simple. Very good insight.

Gives a good perspective on what is word of mouth and the challenge to measure it financially (what is the cost if it is free?).The good part is the later section showing how to boost WOM with the internet. A useful guide for any marketer who wants value for your investment.

If you don't know much about word-of-mouth marketing, this book is an excellent intro to it. As a Project Manager, I work with several clients in the Sales and Marketing field, and this book was helpful in understanding their business and providing me with a few ideas I can bring to the table and share with them.
