- Better than expected!!!
I was impressed. While one would think it an unpleasant subject, Cody not only gets it right but understands and conveys what's most important, in a way anyone of sound mind should be able to extract value from.
Rating: - This and 2012 Seeking Closure
I bought this and 2012: Seeking Closure, Too awesome books. I guess you can say I dont believe in 2012 BUT just in case I want to be prepared. This book gives you excellent survival techniques, 2012 Seeking Closure is just a story based on an upcoming movie, but too m y amazement actually prepared me mentally if disaster does strike. So I highly recommend them. And I look forward to reading 2013 oops we were wrong again..I hope!

Cody uses humor to try to educate us on a coming dire situation. Thank God for the humor or I would have been freaked. Very useful information to use WHEN, not if, we need it. Cody knows his stuff, whether you like him or not. We better start practicing........

Quite a disappointment, cartoons and all.Lots of fluff, little worthwhile information.Save your money.There are better survival books out there, by far.

As far as survival books/manuals go this one is unique. First it's based on urban survival. Next, it doesn't take the paranoid tone of many other survival books. To take a quote from the back of the book, "Mr. Lundin helps you be prepared, not scared."
The first thing you have to realize about this book is that it's meant to have humor. If a lot of cartoons, humerous comments, or the fact that the author isn't a paranoid freak bothers you, you should look for another resource. ... Read More
