Though some of the author's assertions are a little far-fetched:you can cure cancer by changing your thoughts, I found this book quite insightful into how our minds can alter how we view life.The writing style if very conversational and gentle, an easy read.I would recommend it to anyone that has an issue in life they have been unable to affect in other ways.This book provided a different prospective that other more common "self help" books.
