There's been a lot of discussion about Dr Hawkins' book. Whether you buy into "attractor fields", the science of kinesiology or such I have to state that I did enjoy this book. I won't endeavor to substantiate his findings but I did learn from his perspective on the relationship of awareness, consciousness, experience and the mechanics of perception.

I am in the process of readng Power v Force and am thoroughly impressed by its wide scope of knowledge and the arguments constructed.I think Dr Hawkins work is a must for anyone interested in self development and who cares for the planet we inhabit.

This book is very interesting and has merit from a consciousness theory point of view. I tried the testing technique outlined in the book and it seems to be pretty consistent. However, I feel there is danger in putting too much faith in such a simple test of the subconscious, especially if one does not use it wisely or uses it irresponsibly.
