- Great starting point for chronic pain sufferers
This is probably the best starting-point book for anyone who suspects they have or who has a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Just don't stop here. There's so much more out there that's helpful that can't be put into one book. This is a very complex condition and the author does a fabulous job of hitting some high points, not only about the condition but about treatments, in great detail. I hope in her next edition she will touch on the link between estrogen dominance and FMS, and also stress that FMS ... Read More

I am very glad I purchased this book. I am newly diagnosed and this book greatly helped me in understanding the scientific and medical aspects of what is happening to my body with FMS and CMP. I highly recommend this book to others who want to know more about how fibro effects the body at the most basic cellular levels.
