Rating: - I Absolutely love this book
Shadow Kiss, and all the other books in the Vampire Academy series rock. They outshine Twilight. Well written and action packed, but it leaves you hanging so you have to wait till the next book, and that doesn't come out until August.

Well, all the frustration I went through with Rose in Frostbite was totally worth it to be able to get to this book. Everything feel into place and Shadow Kiss is easily the best of the first three Vampire Academy books, even as good as the first two were. Now I even understand WHY Rose can be so frustratingly hot-headed and overreact about so many things. And all the same, I love her character, which is perhaps why I had a tendency to get frustrated when she wouldn't behave the way I wanted her ... Read More

Shadow kiss is definitely the best installment of Richelle Mead's work. At times the book kept repeating itself but the ending made up for it. Great way to continue for the 4th installment. I love the protagonist because she is not perfect as these other vampire series makes their protagonist. She's like any other teenage girl. Act first, think later. She gets into fights, talks back to authority and is very flirtatious. But as she enters the life of becoming an adult we get to see her change into ... Read More
Rating: - Fantastic Read. Series is almost as good as Twilight. Almost.
I loved the first two books. Between the three, though, this is my favorite. The entire series is fabulous and is just so well written...once you get past the grammatical and spelling mistakes. The language is definitely a little over the top particularly with the use of the "f" word. But, that word only occurs once in this book. At least, not five or six times like in the first.

Very entertaining for people who like Vapire stories with a different sort of society.This is written wth High School students in mind but as a middle aged adult I find it very good and enjoyable.
