- Meh. Not useseful without all 34 results.
Funny, I know what my Strengths are... but in the combination they are in they either lead nowhere financially or to "careers" that are either politically incorrect or lethal (to myself or others).Do I really want to work for Blackwater or the CIA?
"Leveraging my strengths" won't get me a job... but knowing how to work with/around my weaknesses might.But I guess I'll never find out since I don't have the cash to pay for the full workup.

provider of book was great price and service. the info in the book is interesting. The book was so affordable, I want to get another one and take the test again!

- Great team building tool
Our team, we used the assessment tool to get to know one another and build our classroom teams as well as the entire Center. All staff felt that the tool was very accurate and somewhat surprising how detailed as the summaries were very descriptive to each individual.
Rating: - Never buy used!
This book contains a password that is used to take the online test. The password can ONLY BE USED ONCE! Buying a used book us useless because the code has already been entered, so the book is useless!
The seller did issue a prompt refund!

I am a huge fan of Tom Rath's book.His 34 "themes" identified my key strength areas and helped me understand my propensity to act/believe/respond in certain ways.The themes allow us to understand how to fit in a corporate, relational, or social environment and how to team up with those who demonstrate a counter-balance.I am impressed with the book as well as the customer service I received from the seller.
