- It works for me.
I play golf once to twice a year. I've learned basics on how to swing a club from friends, but never could put any consistency together either on the range or course.
This book provides the guidance I need for where I am at. Great photos with simple explanations that are proving a good investment for me.
I'm already recommending it.

I'm just starting in golf and I like the way the book has short articles on all sorts of aspects of golf.

I am just starting out on Golf and thought a Golf hand book would
have been perfect compliment to my golf lessons .
Guess what , this book is as confusing as it can be , the information is not laid out properly and nor is it explained properly .
It is just a collection of some random articles and quotes that might have appeared in the golf magazines .
So beware if you are starting out and need a golf handbook to teach you from the basics avoid this self ... Read More

I found the book very informative with good figures and explanations.The only drawback is the format trying to include many different trainer's hints after each chapter.Some of these, although useful, did not seem to match the topic discussed as well as they should.
I am glad I bought it.
