They released Dead or Alive 2 at the same time and shortly released Code veronica, soul calibur and some stupid racing game.

With games like Phantasy Star Online, Quake 3, 4x4 Evolution, Sonic Adventure, and much more this console made me proud to own it rather than a PS2 which had a lot of PC ports and games that didn't really interest me personally. I loved this console a lot and spent most of my preteen childhood on it. I think it's a little bit weird to buy and play it now as most of the games no longer support online play by normal means.
