This surge protector/power conditioner was a steel at 35 $ the one at the store was WAY more expensive and didn't do the things this one does. Always go with amazon first !

Well I originally had this product once before. After about a year it just died. Luckily it didn't fry any of my equipment that I had plugged into it. But since I bought it off ebay the warranty wasn't good on it. Monster only excepts warranty claims from specific dealers that you bought the monster product from. So go to the monster website and look for a authorized dealer. Amazon is an authorized dealer. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the other. If not, at least I have a 5 year warranty to ...
