Chicago Metallic's versatile Bake 'n' Roast pan offers consistent results, long life, and easy cleanup. Crafted from premium, heavyweight steel, this hefty pan is large enough to hold a casserole for a crowd or a good-size oblong birthday cake. Rolled metal rims and solid construction ensure it won't bend or warp under high heat, and the bonded, nonstick coating makes for easy food removal and cleanup, especially for messy dishes such as roast chicken or lasagna. Chicago Metallic's products are solid, well-made pieces of kitchen equipment.Thinking the large size would allow me to use only one pan and have only one baking period, I purchased this item for making rolls.

This was my initial review in October, 2007:"Just used mine for the first time tonight and I'm very pleased with it.It seemed to heat evenly, didn't discolor or warp.Clean up was so easy that I found myself grinning as I did it!The pan has a nice "heft" to it; it feels substantial, sort of heavy duty like it could handle anything.It's too soon for me to say whether the non-stick finish will hold up but so far, so good!" ...
