- Ol' reliable!
This West Bend 100-Cup urn is the most dependable of all my "fleet" of coffee urns. In my opinion the polished aluminum doesn't look as ritzy as stainless steel models, and requires a bit more scrubbing to keep it new looking. But one of my two new stainless steel models (in my case, Waring) stopped percolating after only 5 uses, and gave colored water rather than coffee during a presentation. My replacement, if Waring won't fix it under warranty, will be West Bend models. Long-term reliability/dependability ... Read More

Great seller with fast shipping! The coffe maker arrived quickly and was put right into service. This brewer works wonderfully and quickly...The coffee is nice and piping hot! I feel I got a very good product at a very reasonable price!

- Beware! The plug is NOT standard!
We just purchased this coffee maker and we need to return it! No where in the description does it say that this has a 220 European plug!!! We can't even buy and adapter for it, it's totally useless!

this was a replacement for the same model West bend coffee maker that had been in use for nearly 20 years at our Church, the durability and performance is outstanding.
