- Now This is a Bread Knife!
This bread knife is the best I've found in years.It slices neatly, fits comfortably in your hand, and appears to be as durable as it looked in the pictures online.Great purchase!
Rating: - Gets the job done!
Brand name is not an issue when it comes to bread knives. Bread knives are harder to sharpen because of its serrated blade, so they are basically just a tool which you use it until it gets dull and then toss it away. You really don't need to spend too much on it!
This knife works equally as well as a Wusthof one, for a fraction of the price. The weight of the knife is heavy enough to slice through a loaf of baguette easily without having to put in extra wrist power. The serrated blades ... Read More

Unbeatable for the price. I cut everything with it, bread, fruit, vegetables... At first there were small residues of metal between the different 'teeth' and I though that it did not come in proper working order. But once you manage to clean that out (which does require a bit of effort), it cuts as it should without leaving any metal residue.
Rating: - Good Quality Works for Variety of Breads
I really like this bread knife.It is a large size and feels good in my hands.It is good for slicing a variety of breads.I espeically like the way it doesn't tear loaf breads like banana and zucchini.It is good for delicate quick breads like scones and it works easily on hard rolls.I am pleased with this purchase and I do recommend Henckels products.

It looks like a lower quality product from J.A. Henckels.The knife is heavier and thicker than I expected.Not much to say about this product.
