Product Description:
Bake brownies, mac and cheese or chicken in your toaster oven with this deep pan. Clean up is a snap thanks to the non-stick interior.
Amazon.com Review:
If you're only baking a few cinnamon rolls or brownies, a little cake or cornbread, or roasting a small pork butt or vegetables for two, hauling out a big baking or roasting pan seems such a waste. This little pan delivers for one- or two-person households while taking up negligible space in the pan drawer. Its nonstick surface means that macaroni and cheese, moussaka, and other casserole dishes can be easily removed. While not as heavy as first-rate roasting pans, it's not flimsy, either. A grad student or CEO who occasionally cooks at home will find this pan fits many needs. --Fred Brack

- Nordic Ware Toaster Oven Casserole Pan
I got this a replacement for the original toaster oven tray, and I really like it.I always cover the tray in aluminum foil, so I haven't had any flaking issues even though I put it in the dishwasher. It's deep enough you can cook something with some sauce runoff, but easy to handle and a good sturdy weight without being too handy.
If you've caked on so much to your old tray you need a replacement, or want a pan that will allow you to use your toaster oven more like a traditional oven (baked ... Read More

- Very disappointed & no longer used
It's the right size and I wish more bakeware companies made these smaller sizes because the "normal" size pans don't fit in our convection oven and we can't use glass or that plastic stuff. It's hard to find smaller size metal bakeware. But this one, and all the others with a non-stick surface, become useless after 2 or 3 uses--the non-stick surface starts to flake off (onto the food cooked in it) which is not healthy for you.And we don't have a dishwasher so it can't be blamed on that machine. ... - My Nordic Ware Compact Oven 1-1/2-Quart Casserole Pan Review....
I use my toaster oven almost daily so am always on the hunt for good pans to use in it.But this time when I went on the hunt I wanted a "covered" pan for my little oven. I quickly found they do not exist like they do for my big oven so I decided to make one.
This pan, the Nordic Ware Compact Oven 1-1/2-Quart Casserole Pan, was perfect for one of the pieces.I purchased two of them. (My research led me to another pan here on Amazon... The Chicago Metallic Duncan Hines Toaster Oven Pan. ... Read More

- What a great little pan!
I love this little pan!I read the previous reviews before I purchased this pan.I almost didn't get it because of all the negative reviews.Thank goodness I did!It was very very inexpensive so either way, I wouldn't be out by too much.I have used this pan every day for over a week and have had no problems with it.The non-stick coating works great and doesn't peel off. It's non-stick, so there is no need to use anything other than a sponge or washcloth...Those using SOS pads or steel wool ... - Non-Stick Interior Flaked off after 1st use
I was so happy to find this pan because I needed something to replace the pan that came with my toaster oven.Unfortunately, after one use I was not so happy. The non-stick coating came off in sections. I washed it by hand, using gentle dishwashing liquid, so it should not have happened. After seeing the flaking, I'm afraid the non-stick coating will come off onto the food I'm cooking, so I haven't used it since without lining it with aluminum foil.I have quite a bit of Nordic Ware and I'm really ...
