- Cuisinart DLC Food Processor
My old Cuisinart lasted for 25 years.The new one is more compact and has a few improvements (such as the extra lid).I was delighted to have the slicing and shredding blades included.I bought them separately 25 years ago.
You cannot go wrong with a Cuisinart.In my opinion, they are the best food processors on the market.

This food processor was a gift. I have used it consistently and it has performed its functions well. It is not particularly hard to clean and most of the parts go in the dishwasher.The saftey interlocks are easy to use. Although there are other cutting and shredding discs available I find that what comes with it is more than enough for almost all of the things I ever need.I would say it's only drawback is that while the processor itself takes up a small amount of counterspace I do not have a ... I bought the same item once as a present for my brother's wedding.
I brought it to Japan and worked great! (Actually it costs more than $300 if you buy the same cuisinart model in Japan.....why? it is made in China anyway.....)
So I decided to buy one for myself. So far it is working perfect.

I love this machine.It is replacing a Hamilton Beach food processor, which worked okay for the price, but I didn't know how good a food processor could be until I got this one.I make bread in it, pasta dough, chop all kinds of things, shred cheese.I love it!

I love using it to make homemade pizza dough.It is so easy, no kneading, the machine does it for you.I also used it to make drop biscuits.They were so light and airy.They were wonderful. I also use it to make ground beef.It grinds it really well and it is really nice to know what goes into your hamburger. The only downside is a little rust on the chopping blade.The parts need to be hand dried and left out to completely air dry. I have 2 toddlers that get into everything so I can't do ... Read More
