Rating: - One of the most original games ever made
Brilliant game design and structure. A classic whose essence will never be entirely repeated or emulated. If you've never played it, get it and play through it without attempting to use any type of strategy guide or walk through.
Graphics - 6/10
Very simple, but still charming and atmospheric.

I use to play this game when I was kid.I never turned the game over and decided to give it another try about 20 years later.The game is just what I remembered and I love it.My kids can't imagine why I love the game so much, but it just helps me relax.As before, hours and hours can go by when playing the game.This game is for the older gamers that don't need the special features of today's games.The game is very hard to find new, however, I've found that used ones are just as good once they ... Rating: - One of the most influential games, ever
This is hands-down one of the best video games, ever.This was actually one of the first games I got and I remember it being completely engrossing.Going back to it years later its easy for me to say to myself "this will be easy" - but it's definitely not.You need to devote a great deal of time to this game to make it worthwhile but its always worth it.

(Note:This is the gamecube version)This was released in 1987,a full 21 years ago.All that time and it still appeals.The Legend of Zelda launched the RPG genre in games.The story is rather simple though.Link,a young boy,has to save Princess Zelda,who has been kidnapped by Ganon.The graphics are not that great now,but that does not take any fun out of gameplay.The dungeons are very easy to beat,though it is almost impossible to beat them without losing a life.Overall this is one Zelda title that will always ... - I actually like Zelda 2 better
You better have a map handy when playing this game.Its quite complicated.But the thing is, if you've already played A Link to the Past, this game hasn't much more to offer.Perhaps the only thing it has that's not in the SNES version is the feature where you're forced to pay for door repairs if you blow up certain cave walls.
Zelda 1 is basically the prototype for A Link to the Past.That's why I like the 2nd Zelda better.Because it's actually a different game from the 1st and 3rd Zelda. ... Read More
