Pyrex glass is especially desirable, as it's constructed to be durable and is safe to use in the oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Pyrex has been making quality glass products for the better part of a century--this company pioneered heat- and cold-resistant glassware--so when it comes to glass, they know whereof they speak. - Excellent Bowls
These are excellent mixing/storage bowls. They are a bit heavy when compared to plastic or even stainless steel, but sometimes glass is just better for certain applications - tomato or acidic based liquids that react to metal or would stain plastic.

A quite typical Pyrex high quality bowls. Versatile, durable and aesthetically pleasing. Three sizes, all of them dishwasher safe. Very good value for the money.

I love these bowls. I use them smaller one for my salad bowl and use the others to make the salad in.. They are perfect for preparing something fast especially if you don't want to get out the big mixer, just use the larger one and whisk by hand..simple...They wash up nice as well..Love them!!

Great price, awesome performance. I've used them in the freezer, in the oven and in the dishwasher, and the bowls are just as good as new!.

There's not too much to say, because they're just mixing bowls, but I haven't any problems with them so far.It is nice to use glass mixing bowls over plastic ones though because there's a lot less noise when whisking something like eggs.I would recommend these bowls to anyone, they're a solid choice and fairly inexpensive.
