I bought this funnel because I pour hot soup, spaghetti, stew, and other messy foods into a Thermos Stainless Food Jar W/ Folding Spoon 16oz twice a day.My conventional funnel is easily clogged, and neatly pouring hot soup directly from a pot into a thermos is a challenge.Pouring the soup from a pot into a large measuring cup and then into the thermos wasn't much better, as the broth splashed out of the thermos whenever a chunk of meat or vegetable fell in.
