I've owned this product for two years now and it's in the same shape that I bought it in.It hangs in the front of the house and has withstood two Minnesota winters - wind, snow.It's never once gotten tangled up in itself.We leave our windows open in the front of the house in the summer time and the sounds from this are just beautiful to listen too. This is the best wind chime I have ever owned!

I bought these chimes over two years ago, and they've held up beautifully next to my front door in our harsh New England weather.They have enchanted all our neighborhood with their soothing sound; even in high wind they give out a pleasant melody--well tuned in G major, I think.I highly recommend this company and this particular chime.I'm about to purchase another, smaller one to hang on a tree in the backyard.

With copper being the traditional gift after seven years of wedded bliss, I purchased this product. This item is quality crafted and is like no other chime I've heard. It doesn't make an arbitrary clang of chimes but it produces a pleasant tune. My wife is very happy with it and I am, too.
