I just purchased my Cuisinart food processor today to replace an older one that I had (the bowl of the other one broke and it would have cost me almost as much for a new bowl as buying a new one).When we opened the box we noticed that we had a broken part in the box. This part belonged to the only piece that is not shown in the manual so we had no clue what the part was to look like and/or the part had broke off.We called customer service and spoke with someone named "Larry" that was extremely ... this is my 2nd cuisinart in 30 years, and i love this new one so much!!it handles everything.i've even done bread dough and it came out beautifully!!

I really love this food processor. It is a simple design that I can leave on my counter. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I throw almost everything in my dishwasher. Motor is powerful and fairly quiet. 11 cup size is perfect for my small family or cooking for a group.

This food processor is wonderful.It runs very quietly and processes food quickly.I love the large bowl.The directions could be a little clearer in how to put on the attachments, but it didn't take too long to figure it out.I would highly recommend it!
