This is one of those All Clad branded products that really is just using the name. It's made in China. There is no real difference between this branded pan and ones made by other companies. Sure it has the All Clad shaped handle, but the quality, heating characteristics, and functionality is not superior to brands such as Kitchen Aid, Calphalon, etc. With this sort of pan or with a stove top griddle I'd just buy the least expensive, semi-known brand and not pay top dollar for the All Clad name.

Just like other reviewers had said this pan requires NO OIL whatever so ever to prevent food from sticking to this awesome pan. I've tried chicken breast, thinly sliced beef, potstickers, and onions. None of these food stuck to the pan!! I absolutely love grilling the onion with this pan.
There could be some burnt stuff on your pan when you are done cooking, but it easily comes off with a wooden spoon or with your hands when you let the cooled pan sit in some water.

I bought this grill pan as a gift for my mother since I have one and use it all the time.It is an excellent product for grilling meats and vegetables!Clean up is remarkably easy.It is the best piece of cookware I own by far. The price is great, too; I paid much more for my first grill pan at a local store.

I truly love this pan.It is worth every penny I paid for it.I usually cook with Calphalon (the original), but after researching grill pans, decided this would be the one and I have never regretted the purchase.I use this pan 3-4 times per week; it does well with fish, steak, hamburgers and the ubiquitous chicken breasts.I also grill peppers and onions on it for fajitas.Cleaning is really never a chore; don't ruin the pan by trying to put it in the dishwasher, though.Not a replacement for ...
