I absolutely love these things.Love them so much I actually purchased several sets of them after I found out how well they work.As another reviewer has pointed out, bless his heart, they do work with the old pump system and work perfectly.I do a tremendous amount of entertaining and more often than not have several half filled bottles of wine left.These little things actually save me a fortune in the long run.I used the first set for quite some time and there was no cracking, splitting ... We had lost 1 of the 2 that came with the original set and we just loved how it really vaccum seals well the wines so we bought more!!!! Really good specially with the reds.
