- Times are changing and so is steel
I enjoy the convenience of shopping on Amazon.com so without looking anyplace else, I found the Revere pan I wanted. It is exactly the right size and the copper bottom does a great job conducting heat. However, be warned, this pan is not the heavy guage steel of earlier Revere pans but is very light weight. This is a personal disappointment to me but times are changing and so is steel.
