Product Description:
SoundPoint Pro SE-220 seamlessly integrates handset and headset telephone functionality with crystal clear, hands-free voice conferencing in an elegant personal business phone. With the touch of a button, SoundPoint Pro SE-220 lets you hold clear, multipoint conference calls with up to two additional participants. Polycom's Acoustic Clarity Technology enables callers to speak when they want without clipped sentences and one-way conversations that are common with ordinary business speakerphones. The SoundPoint Pro SE-220 has versatile features like a front-facing microphone for voice conferencing, and dialing is quick with the 36-number speed-dial capability. You can also connect an optional headset for quality, hands-free applications.
Amazon.com Product Description:
Putting an end to speakerphones that clip sound, the Polycom SoundPoint Pro SE-220 features full-duplex performance, so everyone can both talk and listen simultaneously. This corporate-quality phone system offers two lines, caller ID (including call-waiting caller ID), and a 32-character LCD display. Use the phone as a speakerphone or handset, or attach a headset for hands-free conversation.
Although users who need larger-scale conferencing systems will want to look elsewhere, the SoundPoint Pro SE-220 competes well for its price point. Thanks to well-chosen features such as Polycom voice technology for crisp reception, 99-number call-history directory, 20-number speed dial, and any-key dialing, this model is ideal for typical conference rooms.
The SoundPoint Pro SE-220 comes with a one-year warranty.

Rating:
- Great product
I have only had this for a couple of months, but it's worked out really well. Easy set up, good sound, good value.
Rating:
- Could be good but is short big time FYI
I don't take the time to review anything but when you suck you suck! Any question? OK the speaker sounds good, the build is good, but after that it gets a F-. This is for you all! Truth B said!
Rating:
- Fails as a speakerphone
The phone itself is fine, but you get this for the speakerphone. However, when I got it, everyone says my voice is too faint (even though I am next to the mic). So I ended up using a headset, which defeats the purpose of spending the money on this phone in the first place.
This Polycom is not the same quality as those in corporate conference rooms (of course those units cost a LOT more).

- Looks great and by far the best 2-line phone albeit more expensive
This was my 3rd attempt at a new 2-line phone for a home based business offering professional financial services. In short, I needed a phone that provided peak performance since most of my time is spent on the phone. I originally tried the Uniden TRU9466 cordless but speakerphone and headset performance was less than adequate. Next, I tried the AT&T 993 Corded 2-Line Speakerphone and found this model's speakerphone and headset performance to be even worse than the previous Uniden cordless. Finally ... Read More

- Excellent Conference Call phone
I am part of an advocacy group that has at least one conference call every month. In the past I used a speaker phone that I got from a local outlet for phones.
This new phone is far superior. The volume is much better, there are more options with controls, and it is simple to operate.I would recommend this phone.
