The Pyrex dish is great, but you have to be careful not to over heat the Microcore pack.I've recently found that repalcement packs can be purchased from Vesture Corporation

I am very pleased with this product, but am unable to find a replacement insert.We have used it for about three years.Can anyone help me find a new microwaveable insert?

This product is a great idea and would be wonderful.However, I have to versions and both of the thermal inserts that you heat in the microwave have exploded.Also, I have been unable to find replacements.
