Reduce the fat at the next Mexican fiesta with Norpro's tortilla bowl makers. these tortilla bakers quickly crisp tortillas into a shell that's ideal for serving taco salads, salsa, or dip. They're simple to use: just press a tortilla into a baker, pushing it into the curves, and then bake it for 8 to 10 minutes. After a five-minute cool-down period, the now-crisp tortilla can be stuffed with beans, meat, lettuce, cheese, chiles, and whatever else you want. I LOVE these tortilla bowl makers. Very easy to make, spray pan lightly with nonstick spray, lay large white tortilla into bowl pressing against curves, bake about 8 minutes in at 375 degrees. Super nonstick so easy to wash, even a swipe with a paper towel does the job.

I ordered the above by mistake as I already own a set of these and they are great, I actually ordereda set of tortilla fry baskets which pleases me even more but I like both types

- Adjust the baking time for your own taste
While the instructions indicate an 8 minute baking time, I would strongly suggest that you reduce that time to 5 minutes and then watch the level of browning of the edges.Eight minutes is too much time and causes overdone edges.
