- I Love it , it's a Juke Box of your Favorite CD's
It's a great device for the Juke Box Music Lover and to have a Party and or just mellow out without having to move from your chair , the sound is awesome. it's always a Sony
The only reason I am selling mine is because I have over 600 CD's and 9000 additional Songs on an Ipod I converted to Ipod and it has changed my collection. If not I would Still Keep it forever and I would add more, this CD Player even has so you can connect two more Juke Boxes any amount of CD's to it. It's a great ... Read More

- I have impressed my friends
I have using my unit for the last five years, and it has worked just fine. The mecanism takes a few seconds to load the discs but never fails and the sound quality is excellent. I have discarded my CD's boxes and kept just the booklets for reference, so I have saved a lot of space and the music room looks ordered. Regular CD's doesnt't come with text, so I make back-up copies on my PC with text included which then the unit saves automatically so I don't have to type each album labels. I'm very satisfied ... - Sony Is Making Junk
I have tried three different 200-disc changers from Sony: two CX235 models and one CX260. All three were buggy at best, unusable at worst. The second picked fine, but was often unable to read the disc once it was picked, even though the same disc would read fine in any other CD player that I own (even the very cheapest). The third one I decided to keep (I guess I'm a slow learner), simply because I got tired of trying new ones and because the ... Read More

- good unit
Have been using this unit as a karaoke player (using the digital out to the video translator for karaoke disks). has worked flawlessly under heavy use for about 2 yrs in some what could be called enviormentally unsuitable locations for electronic gear. (smoke, etc)and it gets moved a lot, so I am very pleased with it.

- Sony Let Down
Except for slow changing of discs, especially in shuffle mode, the unit performed well for the first week. After that there has been a repetitive problem of discs not falling properly into their respective slots after play.Sometimes the CDs fall into the interior of the player and can be fished out easily after removing the unit's cover, but often they jam and result in damaged CDs.I no longer use the unit. It is still kept in my audio rack for appearance, as I had to customize the rack to accept a player ... Read More
